Quick scroll
In Delphi you can quick scrolling with Ctrl. In CB Ctrl+scroll is used for zoom but it is possible to use e.g. shift+scroll to add quick scrolling.

The DragScroll plugin allows quick "drag" scrolling by dragging the text with the right mouse key (optionally the middle mouse key).
