Improve bookmarks

Please, add support for numbered bookmarks like in Delphi, PSPad, Dev-Cpp, etc.: Ctrl+Shift+1..9 will create new bookmark with this number and it will be possible to jump to this bookmark by Ctrl+<number>. Existing command 'Add bookmark' will create bookmark with first unused number.
