Support for D code completion
Code completion for the programming language D would be very nice. Completion of function-names is working, but completion of class-names and their functions isn't working. Also completion of the std-library isn't supported. It would be very nice to have this feature.

I'm sorry. Code completion for class-names and their functions is working. I did a mistake. But code completion for std btw. generally for the import statement isn't working.
