standard output console

I have GUI application that is sending trace messages to std::cout and error messages to std:err. When I run this application (I have to set it as a console application), I can see this messages in xterm console. But when I debug it, I am not able to see the output.

It would be nice to ad also Console output to Messages window of Code::Blocks.
