Save all
the save all (files, projects, workspace) would be good, also with keyboard shortcut

There is File->Save all files which should save all modifed source files. IIrc it does not save the project or workspace and I remember a long discussion about this in the forums. The result was: Leave it as it is. This this feature probably won't be implemented.
