Please include a "Back " button

Hi, Thanks for the excellent developing tool. When using code:blocks for typical programming, at any time I am just switching between 1-2 or at most 3 files. but while compiling the errors force me to open a number of files, and the top tab line becomes full in no time, and the files I am editing get lost. If there was a "back" button I could switch to a recently edited file quickly without either going through the tabs or going (alphabetically) through the "open files" list.

Alternatively if there was a simple way to arrange the "opened files list" in the order of "most recently edited" I could switch quickly between the top two or 3 files I am editing at once.
