Description for global variables

It would be interesting to be able to enter a short description when creating a global variable. This description could be presented to the new user when required to enter the value for the missing variables, so they have some extra information besides the name.

Example (#GTK2) : "Path to the root of the GTK 2 installation (http://www.gtk.org)"
