File browsing in tree view

In project tree -> "display folders as on disk" should be sth like this:

- in tree every file in directory is showed. (option - true: show all files in directories even if they are not included in project, false - shows only project files (default)) - if first option is true (show every file), project files can be showed using black colour, non project files f.e. gray colour.

additionally, very helpfull would be if there will be possibiliy to manage files in project tree view - moving, deleting (from project and permanent from disk), renaming, copying etc.
