Feature 2173 - Code::Blocks History

Qt native support

Would be nice to add a nativ Qt support to C::B.

I mean:

- use of qmake tool as Makefile generator. (could be used too for non-Qt project)

- affect a .pro to a project.

- project manager could be in charge to update HEADERS and SOURCES .pro sections according to file addition/deletion in project.

- Other .pro sections will be manage by user himself in a text editor.

- Add .pro syntax highlighting to C::B editor.
