Support for non-standard modifier keys

I got the idea of configuring Caps Lock as Mod3 (on Linux/Xorg) to get more easily usable hot keys and to get rid of annoying mispresses resulting in all-caps text. However, Code::Blocks doesn't seem to support it as a modifier. Would that support be possible to add?
