Debugging windows not closing
When closing whole C::B and if any of debugging windows stay opened, C::B ask of saving new layout, but :
1) if debugging window is docked into sidebar/etc, layout is not saved
2) if debugging window is free ( not docked ) the window "freezes" up alfter closing of C::B and i have to kill C::B from running tasks.. ( to get rid of it )

Bug is fixed.
Tested rev3721 on WinXP and Ubuntu 7.04
But on Ubuntu the non docked windows on start of the C::B were hidden under the main IDE window.. ( it shoud be visible )
