Editor scrollbars moving out of view

This has been reported as a bug before but seemed not to get identified because the resize was considered to be greater than reasonable.

I only need to drag either splitter 20 or so pixels for the scrollbars to move out of view.

If the Manager panel is resized (made bigger) the vertical scroll bar will disappear from view. Its pushed out of view of the main form.

The same applies to resizing the Messages pane... the horizontal scroll bar gets covered up by the messages pane.

I am using Ubuntu Linux on an i386 32bit PC. My standard screen resolution is 1280x1024.

I do not consider this important and can live with it.
