Double clicking on a file doesn't open the file

Double clicking on a file in file manager doesn't open the file in the Code::Blocks editor, it just opens Code::Blocks. Also if Code::Blocks is already open, it just tries to open another instance of Code::Blocks.

I'm using Ubuntu 6.10 (Edgy Eft), but had the same problem on Ubuntu 6.06 (Dapper Drake)
