Error at import or open Dev++ project

The error says:

14:19:45: Failed to open 'C:\Documents and Settings\User\Escritorio\Practica5\practica5.cbp' for reading (error 2: el sistema no puede hallar el archivo especificado.)

What do the error messages mean in English?

Are you using RC2 or one of the recent nightly builds?

Could you make a .zip package of the project and upload it somewhere so that we can check if we can reproduce the error.

This bug is now fixed in HEAD.
