Build options coherency lack
Hi !
When I build a project, the "Build options" disappears from the project contextual menu but is still available clicking on "Properties" (in the same menu) then on the "Build options..." of the "Targets tab".
Whereas it is a bug or not, I think either the option must be available in the contextual menu or the "Build options..." button must be disabled.

I've prepared one fix. I'll apply that after some more tests in Linux.

This bug has been fixed in revision 3713. Along with this fix couple of improvements have been made to the context menu.
