Hi !!
I found a (small) GUI bug.
- Activate Script console (View->Script console must be checked)
- In Messages notebook, right-click on Script console and click on Show/hide->Script console
- Right-click on any of the messages tab, Script console is not checked.
- Click on View menu, Script console is checked. The first click on it does nothing, the second re-enable it.

REJECT THIS BUG
I hadn't understood that View->Script console meant add/remove it to/from the messages notebook.
I was surprised to hide it in notebook and see it checked in the view menu.

I still think this is a bug. It's way too complicated if making it hidden from another place really removes it.
View - Script console should hide the console, not remove it.
This bug is now fixed in HEAD.
