MacOSX: profile and lib_finder plugins do not load

Platform:

PowerMac Dual PowerPC G5 2.3Ghz, 1GB RAM

MacOSX 10.4.8

wxWidgets 2.6.3

CB rev 3125

Messages says libprofile and liblib_finder plugins not found.

I copied share/codeblocks/CBProfiler.zip to share/codeblocks/profiler.zip.

There was no lib_finder.zip in share/codeblocks.

I zipped src/plugins/contrib/lib_finder/manifest.xml into lib_finder.zip and copied it to share/codeblocks/lib_finder.zip.

After this I got no plugin load errors.
