Missing "plugin not loaded" message
When a plugin has a valid manifest, and the .dll is in .../codeblocks/plugins, *and* for some unknown reason is *not* loaded, there is no message to say that it failed.
There is no indication that it wasn't loaded until you go to use it.
Not even a message in the log.
This was caused a sdk version change. But no indication was given that the plugin was out of date or not loaded.

SDK version mismatch for CBTortoiseSVN (1.10.0). Expecting 1.11.0
message was buried in the debug log. I didn't see it even tho I scanned the log many times.
