invisible, unreachable toolbars

Hello,

I'm new to C::B.

When I ran the 9 September build on my computer,

I couldn't find the debug toolbar. It turned out that it was

trying to display itself beyond the right-side margin, so

it was completely invisible to a user.

I could find and move it only after I switched the video resolution to a very high one (normally I use 1024*767 pixels).

Also, if you play with toolbars, you can "push" one toolbar

with another one beyond the right-side window edge, effectively making the toolbar unreachable.
