workspace issues

some build arguments are not matching the currently building project if using "Build Workspace"

instead they refer to the actual activated project

mysterious project file corruption

happens sometimes after

"Build Workspace" and changing some "Build Options" followed by "Save Project" and then doing "Build Project" or "Build Workspace"
