Manage plugins is broken.

To reproduce:

- click "plugins" - "Manage plugins"

- Uncheck "Debugger"

- Restart Code::Blocks

-> Debugger can't be re-enabled without manually editing configfile.

Also it seems that other plugins can't be unchecked at all. (intentional?)

(this was tested on ubuntu from the aug. 21 nightly build. I'm not sure if it does the same in windows.)

works on windows (tried rev 2936) , will try it out on my linux box this weekend.

Can't reproduce this with revision 2970 on gentoo

Works fine here on Ubuntu Dapper 64bit and Breezey 32bit.

Any additional info from those that encountered this?

just tried this out on suse 10.2 64-bit, now we even have dynamic enabling/disabling. so it works.

If you would continue to suffer from this, please reopen or start new bug report.
