Manager .v. Symbols Browser view menu conflict
If the "manager" is not selected in the view menu then selecting the "symbols browser" in the view menu does nothing.
It seems logical (to me) that when a sidebar is chosen in the view menu, the sidebar ("manager") should open.
I would then eliminate "manager" from the menu, or change it to a parent function called "Open/Close sidebar".

This bug is now fixed in HEAD.
