Menu shortcuts.

Version: CB_20060618_rev2580_win32.7z

OS: Windows 2000 SP4

Menu shortcuts are defective. For example:

- Alt-F and then O to select "Open": "Open Default workspace" is selected instead.

- Alt-F and then C to select "Close": rotates between "Close workspace", "Close all" and "Close project" instead but never selects "Close" itself.

- Alt-F and then L to select "Save all files": no effect.

I believe this has been fixed. Could you try a more recent nightly build?
