processor usage

i was looking at the process for c:b in the task manager... it used to show 12 to 15 in RC2 and 15th june's build shows 22-26. for an IDE, which doesnt need to do much background processing other than when compiling or actually using the ide for something, this level of processor usage is high, i bliv.
