make doesn't install src/scripts/*.script files

make doesn't install src/scripts/*.script files. This has been reported here: http://forums.codeblocks.org/index.php?topic=3250.msg25693#msg25693

I added manual installation of these files to my rpm spec file, but it would be nice, if autotools did this ;)

This also concerns .deb package building, because it also uses make to install files.

Latest revision concerning this issue is rev2526.
