codepage error on startup

I just built the latest SVN code on Gentoo (gcc 3.4.5 Linux/ANSI, build: Apr 20 2006 21:13:25) with wxWidgets 2.6.3.2.

When I start up the IDE I get an error: "Failed to display HTML document in ISO8859-1" 5 or 6 times before displaying the "start here" page apparently without problem.

Hi. the problem lies with wx 2.6.3 ONLY if you have an ANSI build. Anyways this is not a C::B bug. It is a bug in wx 2.6.3. See here. To fix build wx with Unicode (There really is no reason to use an ANSI build. AFAIK) or use wx 2.6.2. :D
