colour configuation broken

loading of colour schemes appears to be critically broken

sadly, I can't find the actual cause; but during loading of complex schemes (95% of all foreground & background colours customised) the schemes are completely ignored & replaced with default colours

due to this they are, ofcourse, effectively "wiped" when you exit

once, when using only a semi-customised theme, codeblocks managed to load "part" of the theme, but ignored the rest

primarily, it seemed to load most of the foreground colours correctly, but not the background

other times it loaded neither
