Crash open a new instance

Using Windows XP SP2 

I have the "allow only one running instance" flag selected. If I start another instance of CB, having CB already open, I got

1) Using nightly build 2173 a warning message. This is good.

2) Using nightly build 2189 a crash.  This is bad.! :-)

Hereafter the DrMinGW report

codeblocks.exe caused an Access Violation at location 6184421e in module codeblocks.dll Reading from location 00000000.
