"Rename project files" broken

This could be splitted in two bugs, but the first is probably the cause of the second bug.

1) Rename a project's file (i've modified its extension), then open the project's properties, under "target" tab. "Selected build target names" file names aren't updated

2) Close and reopen the project. The renamed file has still the same name, and its icon (the one inside the treeCtrl of management window) show that the file does not exist. Double click on the file, CB pops up a messagebox, press ok and CB crashes after a while.
