build log does not scroll

The window "build log" does not scroll while building. I do not know if the build process is finished because I only the the beginning of building but not the finish.

Understand?

Could it be win98se specific?

Please provide the svn revision number (preferrably the complete

build information) with *every* bug report.

The complete build information is automatically copied to the

clipboard if you click the "Report a bug" link or the revision

string on the "Start Here" page.

Without accurate information, we are unable to reproduce and

address bugs.

On Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux, the message log works just fine. I cannot tell about Windows 98.

I am not sure what you mean. I am using RC2 on Win98se. I do not get it from SVN.

If I use the "Report a bug" link I get this:

"Permission Denied

Access to this page is restricted (either to project members or to project administrators) and you do not meet the requirements to access this page. Please contact the administrator of this project for further assistance"

I can found that in the about-box

"Build: Oct 24 2005, 23:49:28 - wx2.6.1 (Windows, ANSI)"

It is not possible to mark and copy this string.

The reason for

"Permission Denied

is you are using RC2 plain and simple. The trackers at SF.net are closed to everyone except project members. The report bug link in RC2 points to the trackers SF.net which are closed to everyone except project members. You are not a project member therefore the error The new SVN HEAD revisions/nightly build work just fine they point to the correct trackers here a BerliOS. As for the build log not scrolling it works just fine for me on Windows XP Pro SP2 SVN HEAD 2068 wx 2.6.2 UNICODE. Try a nightly build or compile from SVN head. That will probably solve the problem.

Please try with a recent nightly build and re-open this bug report, if needed.

Now I am using an inofficial ANSI-build from killerbot.

There is the same bug. The build log does not scroll.
