File suddenly renamed strangely

I use C::B 13.12 on Windows 7 (64bits).

As it can be seen in this screenshot

my main.cpp was suddenly renamed in something... at least strange (see the filename at the bottom).

When it occured, C::B told me "File (char* _DstBuf, size_t _DstSize, const char* _Format, _locale_t _Locale, ...) does not exist, do you want to keep in editor ?"

Well, it's kind of problematic...

I don't know how to reproduce it, since it's the first time it occurs, but all i know is that i wasn't working on this file in the editor, and i had no pending modification on the file.

Though i don't expect it to be corrected quickly, i hope my reporting helps ;).
