could not compile nitgly on gentoo using emerge

thay say the problem is because of a badly written configure test and has nothing to do with the ebuild

Jens, I'm assigning this to you, because according to the comments in the forum topic, with option should accept =no and ours doesn't.
I'm not too good with autotools, so I don't want to mess with them.
If you don't want to fix this feel free to close it.

The bug should be fixed in trunk.
I do not use gentoo/emerge, so I only tested it on my Fedora system.
If the bug is still there, feel free to reopen it.
