Missing Headers

I scoured through my lastest install of Code::Blocks, even reinstalled a couple times, but the cuchar and uchar.h header files are missing. Interestingly enough, another person had set the -std=gnu++0x flag and was able to use the headers.

Will these libraries be implemented anytime soon?
