Terminal cannot find file

Codeblocks runs fine. I downloaded compilers via Xcode through the command line tools package. I am able to compile and debug but it always terminates with a status of 0 seconds and 0 minutes which is odd since it works. Now the real problem is when I attempt to run the program the terminal pops up and says:

No such file or directory

Process returned 127 (0x7F) execution time : 0.002 s

Press ENTER to continue.

This always happens but I am able to run the program successfully if I go through my files and manually open it up.
