CodeBlocks 12.11 Setup failed on Win7 x64 [Ru]

1. Setting up C::B 12.11 on fresh installation of Windows 7 x64 [Ru]. No antivirus software etc.

2. Got this error from C::B Setup: Error opening file for writing: C:\Program Files (x86)\CodeBlocks\wxmsw28u_gcc_cb.dll. Retry/Ignore did not succeed, so Abort was selected.

3. When C::B Setup is run with WinXP SP3 compatibility mode turned on, it succeeds.
