AUIToolbar not visible

Craete a new frame based wxWidgets Project. In wxSmith go to the frame, add a sizer, add a panel into the sizer, add a AUIManager to the panel, add a AUIToolbar to the AUIManager and add some AUIToolbaritems to the toolbar. The items where not shown. The preview is correct.
