Incorrect image with wxArtProvider

If you have a ToolBarItem and want to change the bitmap, selection of id wxART_FILE_SAVE with client wxART_TOOLBAR shows a small floppy disk in the design window. When you compile and run the program, a hard drive with a blue arrow is shown instead.

This happens with a few other ids.
