a problem with 'paste' into IncrementalSearchPlugin

I think it is an old and well known problem with 'paste' into search-text-field of IncrementalSearch plugin on Linux:

If I try to paste some word into search-text-field of this plugin, the word is inserted into an active editor instead. No such problem exist on Windows.

I looked how this problem solved in the ThreadSearch plugin. I will submit a patch which solves the problem in the similar way.
