Option -std=c++11 ignored

If you make ex. new console application and you open "build options..." (Not the global compiler settings) and you activate "Have g++ follow c++11…" flag on the root project settings and not "Debug" and "Release" individually, than you get on error when building that says you have to use the new flag for ex. the new lambda functions. Note that For "Debug" and "Release" "Append target options to project options" is enabled and still flag is ignored. SVN is latest nightly rev 8150.
