Editing abbreviation does not use TAB options from settings

I don't like TAB character and always using 4 spaces instead of it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. goto menu Settings->Editor

2. Select "General settings" icon on the left side and goto "TAB options" group, uncheck "Use TAB character" and "Tab indents" options.

3. Click OK to save changes

4. goto menu Settings->Editor

5. Select "Abbreviations" icon on the left side

6. Add new keyword, name it "test"

7. In "Code" textarea press TAB key - it shows TAB instead of my custom 4 spaces.

Is it intentional?
