Setting program arguments not possible from GUI
Project > Set program's arguments dialog box does not display/nor allows to change Program arguments as the field is too small. Workaround is possible to edit project cbp file directly and change <Option parameters="..." />

This one is fixed in SVN.
Use a nightly build or make the maintainers of the package to apply the correct patch.
