code blocks on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

When i "Build and run" any type of program on acer laptop windows 7 ultimate 64 bit the following message appears: "codeblocks.exe has stopped working. Close the program and check for solution online". When i do the same thing on pc windows xp professional sp3 everything goes normaly. I installed the same version of the program both on xp and 7 in the same way (10.05Mingw). Here are some details of the crash:
