Feature request: dark theme

For users who prefer light text on a dark background, the only way to achieve this currently seems to be to go through every single file type listed in the syntax highlighter settings and edit all the colours (and this still leaves the "Start Here" page and the Code::Blocks tab using white backgrounds). Including a dark theme by default would make this much nicer; you'd only need to select it and then make any small tweaks you may desire.
