Missing toolbars

Hi!

Sometimes I have all toolbars missed, except "main". View -> Toolbars doesn't make sense - toolbar takes place under menu, but without any buttons, only empty space. This bug usually appears when C::B is running for a long time (days-weeks) and OS (WinXP pro SP2) was in standby mode. It's very bad bug because I cannot return toolbars. Only delete configuration and start from scratch
