Crash when mooving toolbars
Hi!
There is a bug in C::B on Windows.
Drag the toolbar (main, for instance) and move it down onto tabs or editor window and boom! it is crashed. It's very annoying since there is no way to lock toolbars and sometimes you can accidentally "catch" the bug.

Same thing, tried to rearrange the toolbars, but everytime I try I get a SIGSEGV when accidently moving a bar over another than the toolbar area.
gdb says it is the wxAuiManager::OnFloatingPaneMoveStart() function in wxmsw28u_gcc_cb.dll
System: Windows XP, 32 bit
