Build options shows settings for wrong project

When opening a new project and then going Project/Build options, the dialog will almost always show the settings for the previously activated project instead of the new one. However, when invoking a build, Code::Blocks still builds the right project.

Activating another project and then the new one again usually fixes this.

It seems to happen randomly when changing between projects too, but it is more rare. Opening a new project is a reliable way of reproducing this.

The bug is fairly old, I believe it was already present in 8.02 or perhaps even before that.
