Wrong tab list behavior with Management pane on the right
When Management pane is attached to right side of main window, tab list fails to auto-scroll to active tab after tab switching.

With Management pane on default place tab name positioning also works with artifacts. But a little bit better :)

Which version of C::B do you use ?
The exact revision from starthere-page might be needed.

Currently I'm using C::B r7384 (10.05svn7385-0ubuntu1~lucid from lgp203.free.fr repo). Noticed same behavior on previous revisions.
