Dual monitor and dialogs

Having dual monitors, having a dialog/window like project or watch view etc. on the first screen, when moving it and releasing it (mouse up), it docks to the IDE, while the IDE screen is on the other screen. That is when the mouse up is released at the same position where it normally would be docked, but the position is on a different screen.

So the docking feature should test if the mouse pointer is on the right screen/monitor.

Very confusing behavior.
