Missing Configuration Entry for Keyboard Shortcuts on Linux

I'm using CentOS 5.5 Linux and Check out the newest 7244 revision, after compiled(No single compile error complained) I found no "Keyboard shortcuts" Configuration Entry in "Settings->Editor->Configure editor" dialog to custom shortcuts while it is there on Windows, and I also tired revision 7178 which surely works on Windows and 10.05 release version, but they both do not work in my compilation.
