why not make intellisense more powerful?

As a user who switch between Windows and Linux OSs, I'd say your great work helps me a lot, thank you guys so much for your hard work.

There's a problem that I noticed that the intellisense has improved a lot from the last version, but when I typed "std::", there's a lot of words in the popping list, but there's neither "std::cout" nor "std::endl" when I tried to find them even I included the header file <iostream>, so why not put them in the list, which makes the intellisense much more powerful? Expecting the problem would be solved.
